BASS is pleased to provide you and your eligible dependents a variety of benefit plan options to help you maintain your wellness goals as well as those of your eligible dependents.
Employees who average 30 hours/week or more will become eligible for health benefits, starting the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment
Benefits begin on the first of the month following or coinciding with the acquisition
During the year, you can change your benefit elections only if you experience a qualifying event. You must notify HR within 30 days from the qualifying event to make any changes to your benefits. Supporting documentation will be required. Examples include changes in:
This period occurs once each year and offers you the opportunity to make changes to your current elections or to participate in a benefit plan for which you have not previously enrolled.
