Our dental PPO plans allow you to have the freedom to go in or out-of-network for care; however, you can maximize your benefits and pay less out of pocket when you see an in-network dentist. When visiting an out-of-network dentist, please remember that you are responsible for amounts in excess of charges above the allowable amounts. Out-of-network dentists are not contracted with the carrier; therefore, members may expect to pay more for utilizing a dentist outside of the network.
